How to prepare:
1. Soak dry mushroom in hot (warm) water for 15 minutes. When mushroom becomes soft, chop to small slices.
2. Mix ground pork and mushroom with 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of chilly garlic oil. (In Vietnamese, chilly garlic oil is known as "sa tế")
3. Chop yellow onion and green onion to small pieces as shown in picture. -

How to cook:
1. Use a pan, stir fry yellow onion on high temperature for 2 minutes.
2. Put ground pork and stir fry together with yellow onion for 10 minutes on high temperature.
3. Put mushroom to the pan and stir with the mix for 5 minutes.
4. Finally, put green onion and stir in 1-2 minutes. Done!!!
